HOME REMEDIES FOR COUGH
1. AVOID IRRITANTS( pollens, perfume, dust, soap, detergents, bleach, chemicals, alcohol, etc) WHICH CAUSE COUGH.
2. TAKE A REST.
3. DRINK PLENTY OF LUKEWARM OR NORMAL WATER FOR SOOTHING OF THROAT AND IT ALSO HELPS IN CLEARING OF MUCUS FROM YOUR THROAT.
4. SUCK ON LOZENGES OR HARD CANDY TO STIMULATE SALIVA FOR SOOTHING OF THROAT.
5. USE A HUMIDIFIER OR TAKE A STEAMY SHOWER TO EASE CONGESTION.
6, DRINK GARLIC OR GINGER TEA, COFFEE, SOUP, KARA, JOSHANDA, OR YAKHNI.
7. ADD TWO TEASPOON OF HONEY IN LUKEWARM WATER AND ADD ONE PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER AND DRINK IT OR ADD 1 PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER IN 1 TSP OF HONEY AND TAKE IT AT LEAST 2 TO 3 TIMES A DAY.
8. ADD ONE OR TWO PINCH OF TURMERIC IN ONE CUP OF LUKEWARM WATER OR MILK AND DRINK IT.
9. MIX 1/4TH OF CINNAMON POWDER IN ONE TSP OF HONEY AND TAKE IT ONE OR TWO TIMES A DAY.
10. MIX 1/2 JUICE OF LEMON IN ONE CUP OF LUKEWARM WATER AND ADD ONE TEASPOON OF HONEY IN IT AND TAKE IT AT LEAST ONE OR TWO TIMES A DAY.
11. DON'T TAKE STRESS.
12. TAKE ANTIHISTAMINE / ANTI-ALLERGIC OR COUGH SYRUP.
13. IF NECESSARY THEN VISIT YOUR DOCTOR.
