DRY SKIN IN WINTERS
As we all know that in winter mostly everyone suffers from dry skin whether they have oily or dry skin. For this, we have to take some measures to prevent our skin from dryness because it needs special attention, especially in winter.
1. First you all have to select a good moisturizer according to the type of your skin and apply it daily so that your skin will be hydrated and will be less dryer in the future.
2. Use lukewarm water for face and body wash.
3. Avoid soaps and hand washes that are harsh to your skin or contain a high amount of chemicals.
4. Select and use that type of fabric that is kind to your skin like cotton, linen, and silk fabric is easy to wear and doesn't cause any irritation to the skin.
5. Use sunblock according to the type of your skin and apply it on daily basis before going under the Sun.
6. After taking a bath, apply a good amount of body lotion of your choice.
7. Take multivitamins and eat dry fruits daily to remain healthy.
8. Maintain good hygiene of your skin.
9. Drink plenty amount of water and juices daily.
Remember these all steps will make your skin radiant, shine, soft and supple and prevent many diseases.
